Bieber tried to get on the BET Hip Hop Awards cypher using a verse penned by Ludacris, only to be denied by DJ Premier.
The annual BET Hip Hop Awards has become known for showcasing various emcees in its various freestyle cyphers. DJ Premier has become somewhat of a curator in the cypher sessions, along with executives at BET. One of the most talked about tracks on Rick Ross’ Rich Forever mixtape has been “Stay Schemin” featuring French Montana and Drake, the latter of which dropped subliminal disses throughout his verse.
