King Krownz is rapper from Toronto, and it's immediately clear from his new submission "Jungle." Like many of his peers in the city, Krownz makes dark, R&B-influenced rap. He manipulates his voice with auto-tune, reverb, and distortion, but never uses any of the effects as a crutch. His melodies are understated but effective, and reveal themselves to be hard to shake on repeat listens. Krownz has a number of songs on his SoundCloud, but he seems to have upped his output over the last little while.
