Minnesota rapper Allan Kingdom just dropped his anticipated album Lines, a fourteen track journey filled with atmospheric vibes. On "The Fusion," Kingdom enlists Florida rapper Denzel Curry, and the pair of them trade verses over a spacey beat. Airy synth pads pair with aggressive drums as both emcees go in. While their styles may be different, the rappers compliment each other well. Kingdom showcases an ear for melody, and his singsong delivery is a welcome compliment to Denzel's spitfire rhyming. This track is one of the harder ones on the album, which is most definitely worth a listen. With ambient and jazz influences, Kingdom has proven himself to be a versatile and unique artist.
