Born in Liberia, West Africa, Black Money is a rising rapper currently based in Rhode Island. His new track, "Again & Again," finds him making big moves, teaming with Toronto's Tory Lanez, who's fresh off of releasing his debut album, I Told You. Tory compliments the creeping piano line with a sticky melody that finds him leaning closer to his confrontational rap side than his sweet R&B falsetto.
Compared to Tory's melodic leanings, Black Money's influences are more traditionally rap-informed, looking to New York vets Jadakiss and Fabolous for inspiration. However, he's not afraid to experiment with his delivery and flirt with the idea of singing. His style bridges the gap between Lanez and his NY heroes.
Quotable Lyrics:
Again and again and again and again and we popping
Our bitches be switching
And all of these niggas be plottin
Step in Margiela
Tell all of them bitches we stuntin' on 'em
And I put the trunk in the front
Just to say that we fronted on 'em
