After giving Cheech some Heatseeker shine with "The Get Back," we get yet another New York native for our second pick. Born Mario Wongshue in New York City on November 6, 1990, Monti Montega grew up in Flatbush, Brooklyn. His family later moved to sunny South Florida where Monti began rapping as an escape, at the young age of 13-years old. The family's relocation to Florida didn't last too long, as he's now back in his native NYC. Monti Montega is taking rap seriously these days, and it's obviously starting to show as he makes it into our top 10 Heatseekers for the week ahead.
