Icewear Vezzo is a rapper currently making waves in Detroit, earning co-signs from hometown heroes like Big Sean, Danny Brown, and the man behind the city's controversial "No Fly Zone" policy, Trick Trick. The remix to his street banger, "Money Phone" pairs him with another artist who has quite a reputation in his respective city, Atlanta's Rocko.
In fact the song sounds closer to what's coming out of ATL than the gritty post-Dilla-isms of Detroit, which speaks to the region's ever-expanding sound. Look out for big things from Vezzo in the near future.
