Lil Boosie has come a long way to end up at the 2014 BET Hip-Hop Awards. His first appearance at the ceremony since being freed from prison this spring, the Baton Rouge rapper has clearly been busy, as he says that he just got off the phone with his partner as the interview begins.
Speaking with HNHH, Boosie Badazz couldn’t hide his excitement: “Bein’ here. It’s not really a certain artist or a certain song, I’m just happy to be here. Y’know, I seen this is my dreams when I was gone”
He also said the following about his upcoming album: “We set it back, but ‘Touchdown To Cause Hell’ is coming soon – best album of the year. Period.”
