“My name may not be on the ballot, but our progress is on the ballot,” Obama said in a speech made Saturday night at the gala dinner for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation in Washington. “Tolerance is on the ballot. Democracy is on the ballot. Justice is on the ballot.”
The President made a passionate speech at the event, where Hillary also spoke, and stressed that he would consider it a "personal insult" if black voters did not vote for the Democratic party.
