Two women have made statements that they witnessed Holder's violent encounter before he allegedly murdered Nipsey Hussle.

There are still many unanswered questions regarding the senseless murder of rapper Nipsey Hussle, but the investigation into the crime is revealing more details about his alleged killer, Eric Holder. The suspect's former lawyer, Christopher Darden, recently relieved himself of the case and in an interview suggested that Holder was "mentally ill." TMZ now reports that they have insight into Holder's actions leading up to the moment he allegedly shot Nipsey, and it includes pistol-whipping another man.

According to the publication, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office has retrieved statements from two witnesses, two women represented by attorney Harley D. Breite, who claim that just an hour before Nipsey was killed, they had a troubling encounter with Holder. Their story goes as such: Holder showed up at their male friend's house, an apartment within the same complex where Holder lived, around 2:00 p.m. The women said that Holder was upset because he thought the man sold him weed that was laced with another drug. The pair went to speak privately in the hallway where Holder became increasingly angry and reportedly was "breathing very heavily and appeared very excited and very agitated."

When the man turned around and attempted to re-enter his apartment, Holder took a "big silver gun" described as a "semi-automatic" and hit the man over the head. The victim was knocked down, but not out, and Holder was "shaking and looked very nervous" before retreating. According to the women, their friend sold Holder $10 worth of marijuana that came directly from a dispensary and shouldn't have been laced with anything at all. Days later, the three friends saw that Holder was arrested but didn't want to come forward or get involved because the man illegally sold a murder suspect, and known gang member, weed.
