Tamar Braxton and estranged husband Vince Herbert's divorce has yet to be finalized and seems to be dragging on. However, during a recent trip to the Wendy Williams Show, Braxton laid some rumors to rest and revealed that she and her ex are getting along just fine, even in the wake of his hospitalization due to gout complications. "Vince has been under the weather so I’ve been holding down the fort,” Braxton said. “But we’re not enemies...We co-parent really really well."

Yet, health issues aren't the only worries that Herbert has. According to The Blast, Herbert is facing two lawsuits, both from a company called NK Real Estate Investments. In the court documents, the company claims that Herbert signed for a one-year lease at a Los Angeles condo in December 2018 for $37,000 per month. The 3,430 square foot luxury condo reportedly features three-bedrooms, five-bathrooms, a 75-foot pool with cabanas, a Pilates studio, a spa area, a library, a conference room and office, an entertaining center with a bar and catering area, private wine storage, and more.

Although Herbert initially agreed to the deal, the company states that he didn't cough up the cash in February 2019. He was served an eviction notice last month and told that he had three days to pay up or move out. The music executive is being sued for $38,850 and other damages. It's believed that Herbert has moved all of his items out of the unit considering that it's back up on the market.
