Sneaker customizer Jake Danklefs has partnered with Corona Extra for an all-new Texas Longhorns inspired Air Jordan 3 custom, designed to help UT fans “Find their Beach” during the craziness of March Madness.
Fans in Texas (who are 21+) can enter to win one of 12 custom Air Jordan 3s by simply following @coronausa on instagram and sharing a picture in their school colors with the hashtag, #HornsUpSweepstakes. All entries must be submitted by March 31.
The colorful sneakers include the following details:
- Base white shoe, hand-painted with pearlescent pacific blue and lime green accents to represent Corona
- The tongues were hand made with calf (embroidered) and burnt orange lambskin backing
- Midsole was painted with sand-textured paint to resemble the beach
- Heal was coated with a layer of Texas burnt orange
