Rob the Original is known for his unique designs.

For years Rob the Original has been featured on a number of platforms that have praised him for his artistry. The barber, real name Rob Ferrel, has made a name for himself by creating uncanny portraits, most notably of celebrities, using a pair of clippers. His nearly 800K followers on Instagram are regularly updated with his clients who are looking for a cut that will stand out from the crowd, and in the wake of Nipsey Hussle's death, one fan wanted to go above and beyond to honor the slain rapper.

The 3D cut is remarkable, to say the least, and Ferrel captioned one of his images by writing, "In loving memory #ripnipseyhussle." In a previous interview with CosmoProf, Ferrel spoke about how he adapted his artistic skills into barbering. "I’ve been an artist ever since I can remember. Growing up, I did all kinds of art, like graffiti, tattooing for a little bit and a lot of painting."

"I had been cutting my own hair since I was 16," Ferrel continued. "It started as a necessity ‘cause I didn’t have an allowance growing up, and in high school, we were rocking those tight fades. (Laughs.) I didn’t like going to school with my hair really long, so I started cutting it myself, and I just happened to be a natural."

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Police Department has stated that they are currently searching for 29-year-old Eric Holder, naming him the suspect in Nipsey Hussle's murder.
