Joycelyn Savage's parents are hoping to finally get in contact with their daughter.

The family of R. Kelly's alleged 23-year-old girlfriend is no longer waiting for her to leave the R&B singer. According to The Blast, Joycelyn Savage's loved ones have tried to reach out to her to no avail. Her parents, Timothy and Jonjelyn, are convinced that Savage has been brainwashed. In the documentary Surviving R. Kelly, the singer faced accusations that he was leading a sex slave cult in a Georgia mansion.

The worried parents have tried to contact and rescue their daughter, whom they haven't spoken to in years. Now, they're traveling from Georgia to Chicago to sit face-to-face with their daughter to ask her about her relationship with Kelly. Law enforcement officials have completed welfare checks on Savage but allegedly she hasn't been separated from the singer. Her parents claim that Kelly has made sure that they have no contact with Savage and say he has threatened them if they press for information.

As Kelly's high-profile sexual assault case moves forward, Savage's parents will meet and cooperate with Federal investigators. TMZ reports that the couple will soon travel to New York to answer questions regarding two separate investigations into Kelly. They may have physical evidence to help secure a conviction, however, what that specific evidence may be has not been made public. According to TMZ, Kelly could be charged for violating the "Mann Act, which prohibits the transportation of minors across state lines for purposes of sex or debauchery."

The last listed address for Savage was the Trump International Hotel & Tower, a location where Kelly also has a residence. Yet, it isn't known whether or not Savage lives there.
