Kentucky rapper Jack Harlow continues to support his mixtape Loose, which dropped in August 2018, with a new music video for his single "SYLVIA" featuring 2forwOyNE. Throughout the visual, the young rappers go from scene to scene partying and dancing with friends with a few shots of sold-out performances interjected into the mix. Harlow, 20, has said that he grew up listening to old school hip hop since his mother as a fan.  “From there, it was on me and what I wanted to listen to, which became Drake,” he told DJ Booth last year.

“I was always into writing, when I was in school I liked writing papers and writing in general,” Harlow said. “Hip-hop was a new way to do it [...] I’ve always said that every kid wants to be a rapper, whether they do it or not, I feel like most kids have written a rap. It was just a dope way to express myself.”
