Multi-dimensional Philly artist Tierra Whack slows things down on her new single.

Following the success of her acclaimed 2018 release Whack World, Tierra Whack dropped her new single "Only Child" on Tuesday. This is the first piece of new music that Tierra Whack has blessed fans with since her debut release. On Whack World, the singer, rapper, and songwriter featured minute-long tracks with visual components to each song. It made the 23-year-old an artist to watch and garnered critical acclaim from music heavy-weights.

"Only Child" shows off more of Tierra Whack's well-rounded talents as she switches things up from singing the hook to rapping mellow bars. Her style is eclectic, so if fans—or critics—try to pigenhole her into one category, they'll be sorely disappointed.

“One day I’ll make a rap song, the next day I’ll make a pop song, the next day I’ll make a rock song, the next day I’ll make R&B,” Whack said. “I don’t have a pattern.”

What do you think about Tierra's latest effort?

Quotable Lyrics
You must be the Only Child, because you're so stingy
I just wanna go buck wild when you don't defend me
I been on the f**king prowl, I been counting benjis
You done turned my heart so cold, I should work at Friendly's
