Houston Rapper Billyracxx drops single "DEADFRIENDS" from his forthcoming album, "Religion."

Ahead of his long-anticipated release of his forthcoming album RELIGION, independent Houston rapper Billyracxx just released the visual for his title track, "DEADFRIENDS." RELIGION, an eight-track project produced by St. Louis producer CHASETHEMONEY, will drop on March 8, 2019. CHASETHEMONEY is known for his previous collaborations with Chance the Rapper, J. Cole, JID, and G Hebro. Billyracxx and CHASETHEMONEY blend their styles for a project that is said to be high-energy, innovative, and full of creative vision.

"RELIGION will be Billy’s most ambitious project to date -- a sonic and visual tour de force that will raise the bar for southern hip hop," the press release states. "Billyracxx is a native of Florida who has called Houston home for over a decade. He created his signature sound in the Bayou City but does not fit the mold of a Houston rapper. Rather, he creates his own mold unlike anything previously seen or heard in hip hop. Billy’s music is gritty and emotionally palpable. His visuals are stunning and uncomfortably visceral. Billy is both the writer and creative director for all his projects and directs his video shoots alongside the talented videographer, Dakota Hanson."
